Notice archive

Investor Regrets

An archive of institutional second thoughts. Entries provide no offering, account service, or transaction function.

Current regret

Vesper’s earliest retained obligation records disagree about which office authorized them. Selecting either account would make the other account more formally authenticated.

Material sequence risk

When obligation and authority records disagree about sequence, Vesper classifies the condition as continuity exposure. This notice does not determine which record came first. It does not classify the disagreement as growth.

Filing policy

Regrets are published after their consequences and before any decision that might have prevented them. Corrections are accepted only where they do not erase the reason for correction.
